Dear Parents Week beginning 11th February 2019

Following a very informative Safer Internet Day last week the children are working on being kind, digital citizens. They promised me that they will discuss their online activity with parents and ask permission where and when appropriate. Following the last week we are holding a school assembly on being kind, in life and on line.
On Tuesday 12th there will be an e-safety twighlight session beginning at 6pm in our ICT room. There are still places left if you would like to come.
On Friday it will be French Day and we are focussing on French Artists. If you have not already let the school know if your child would like a pain au chocolate or a croissant at morning break please let us know by Tuesday as we need to order the snacks for them. Please come dressed as a famous French person, or just in the Tricolour flag colours of red, white and blue.
The end the week is the beginning fo the February half term break, a chance to recharge, relax and prepare for the next action packed 6 weeks of term.

Our assembly topic is Keeping Safe and will cover all sorts of ways to stay safe, in the community, on-line, in the home as well as other useful areas Our charity this term is Young Minds, the mental health charity aimed at children and young people.
