Dear Parents Week beginning 17th June 2019
The summer term is coming towards its end. The children should all have received their exam results by now, so there will be very little surprise at the parents evening meetings as the J2's are aware of how they have performed in the exams. The Parent's Evening is on Thursday 27th June and I look forward to seeing you to discuss your child's progress. You should receive the time of the appointment on Monday via your child.
There will be a fun and educational trip to Wick Farm on Friday 21st June. The children will need to go in full PE kit and take a pair of wellingtons, as the farm can be muddy and wet.
On Thursday 20th there will be a charity stall, so please let your child bring some money, probably no more than £1 so they can join in with the games, sales and quizzes in order to have fun whilst fund raising for our school's charity, Young Minds.
Don't forget Sports Day and the schools 30th birthday anniversary celebration on Friday 29th of June. It should be a very enjoyable day.
Our assembly topic is Working Together and will cover all sorts of ways to promote working together harmoniously.
Our charity this term is Young Minds, the mental health charity aimed at children and young people.
Here are some dates for your diaries.
